Abstract


Price index and business performance , as the theoretical basis of the theory of inflation , the reality relying on the current development of China 's paper industry , based on the 1990-2009 price index statistics , analysis related to the 20 - year period fluctuations in the level and trend of the price , and choose three paper-making enterprises listed on the empirical analysis , examine price changes impact its results of operations to improve the financial management of listed companies for the paper industry , to develop production strategies to provide a theoretical basis . According to this analysis , summarized the relevant characteristics of the volatility of the price index between 1990 and 2009 , the paper industry price index maintained an upward trend , but its overall level is always lower than the overall industrial level ; 1990-1999 and 2000 - 2009 in two phases contrast , significantly higher than 10 years after the first 10 years of growth , its volatility is also relatively large . On this basis , the article has established a business performance analysis framework based on price changes : the impact of price changes on the business performance performance analysis and distort the consequences of price changes on the business performance and business performance analysis based on the price movements content and methods . Through empirical analysis , the following conclusions : the smaller the size of the company 's enterprise , its operating results are affected the greater the impact of price changes , means that the big companies in the market demand as well as price changes , the risk is relatively small ; while the general price -to-business the operating results of the impact is greater than the impact of a specific price ( paper industry ) . Study combined with earlier results , the article pointed out , China's paper industry should expand channels of raw materials , the use of futures hedging , long-term strategic cooperation agreement signed with suppliers , inventory adjustment guidelines to circumvent the price risk to the enterprise with a lower price movements to loss. In addition, enterprises should choose the appropriate accounting treatment to eliminate the impact of inflation on accounting information from the maximum extent possible , users of accounting information in order to avoid making wrong judgments .
