Abstract


Knowledge integration as an important area of knowledge management research toward a different depth and breadth of change and development . Has become every business must face the challenge of how to enhance their core competitiveness through knowledge integration . For software development teams , there are different categories . Different sources. Knowledge of different functions . Only the implementation of knowledge integration , in order to better use this knowledge to improve the efficiency of the team . Therefore, this article on knowledge integration capabilities of the software development team the corresponding exploratory study , the scope and content to enrich and improve the integration of knowledge theory and integration of knowledge of the software development team to provide reasonable structural framework and practices , with a certain the theoretical and practical significance . Firstly finishing the summarized knowledge integration features of the concept and the software development team theoretical knowledge , phased discusses the software development knowledge integrated content .
