Abstract


In this paper, through the introduction of the course of development of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions , and mergers and acquisitions at home and abroad lateral and longitudinal comparison of our M \u0026 A mergers and acquisitions of the different stages of development . On this basis , a private enterprise - Guozhen Group as the object of study , analysis of the mergers and acquisitions of companies in different period of development . Guozhen Group 's investment direction and development strategies change , the development process is divided into the early days, the high - speed development , and the steady expansion of the three periods .
