Abstract


Corporate social responsibility has become a hotspot issue of many disciplines since the turn of the century. It is a basic idea of building enterprise sustainable development strategy. The demand from Global society to corporate social responsibility is not only a appeal but also a specific action. Undertaking social responsibility by enterprise has already become a stream of powerful international trends and caused extensive concern of the international community. Meanwhile, enterprise sustainable development has also become the international consensus. Many countries have started exploring strategic policies to realize the sustainable development, among which the most concerned issues by theoretical and practical is that enterprise should undertake the corresponding social responsibility. The thesis is based on the affirmation of corporate social responsibility, introduces the theory foundation of corporate social responsibility, summarizes the development and scientific connotation of corporate social responsibility in the domestic and international, expounds the theoretical basis of enterprise bear the social responsibility of the for the sustainable development relations, sums up the two complement each other, harmonious and unified, the social responsibility of the enterprise performance is the inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of enterprise, enterprise sustainable development help corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility for enterprise sustainable development capacity of mechanism itself is a complicated and changeable process, in order to this problem, this paper also analyzes from the following several aspects of the related research exploration:1, a lot of relative literatures in collecting, collating, on the basis of analysis, draw the outline of corporate social responsibility of the enterprise sustainable development ability of the main influence clear. This as the theoretical foundation for further building the social responsibility of the enterprise, the sustainable development of enterprise, and structural equation model influence as the breakthrough point, so that theoretical exploration of its further empirical analysis.2, in the social responsibility of the enterprise sustainable development ability of enterprise concept model building and related role on the basis of research hypothesis based on forward 200 different nature enterprise questionnaire data acquisition, using statistical analysis software SPSS17.0 the research hypotheses of role model on the empirical analysis; Then through the LISRAL8.70 statistical software build structure equation model (SEM), on which the main relative variables effect relation and pathway empirically. The results showed that the enterprise economic responsibility, legal responsibility and moral responsibility, for enterprise sustainable development ability respectively towards related.3,based on the results summarization of this thesis research, points out that in the enterprise management practice, should regard enterprise social responsibility into the main content of the enterprise to work the column, thus maintaining the sustainable development of the enterprises.
