Abstract


In this paper, based on the establishment of a chain of corporate goals and financial strategic objectives and environmental analysis , from the formation , implementation and evaluation of of SME financial strategy program of research , corporate strategic management theory and financial management theory solutions to SME in financial strategic choices in different situations and their adjustment problems and Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. Ningbo Elco example successful SME case studies and research on the implementation of the financial strategy management . On the basis of established corporate objectives and the overall development of a clear corporate direction , research financial goals, from both macro-and micro enterprise external environment to the external environment and internal environment analysis , the advantage for enterprises weaknesses and opportunities facing the threat of internal and external environment comprehensive analysis , provide specific codes of conduct for financial strategy management , management of financial strategy to implement highly representative of SMEs --- Technology Industrial Co. , Ltd. of Ningbo Elco analysis of the case . Introduced the idea of the strategic management of corporate financial management , SMEs can adapt to external complex environment the efficient the interests of their own relatively limited resources , reduce resource constraints on enterprise development , and to form and maintain their competitive advantage . The final analysis of the primary and secondary relationship between the various objectives of the enterprise and the balance between the strategic objectives of corporate financial chain . The article studies the financial strategy in the development of SMEs in the selection and implementation of the program . Then , the analysis and the development of the SMEs in the selection and implementation of financial strategies should follow the basic principle . Finally, a method for the evaluation and control of the financial effect of the implementation of the strategy .
