Abstract


Situation of information technology and the development of economic globalization, driven by information technology as a kind of high-tech, has been widely used for manufacturing enterprises has injected new vitality into the development of manufacturing enterprises in technological innovation, and it provided the source momentum. However, the labor productivity of manufacturing enterprises in China is far lower than Japan, the U.S. and Germany and other developed countries, the overall competitiveness to be improved. At present, the use of information technology to bring the conditions to facilitate change traditional craft innovative research, has gradually put on the agenda. Use of information technology to promote the development of process innovation to be fully applied in the process of process innovation, and to play the advantages of IT, and ultimately achieve the purpose of changing the traditional process innovation will be the only way of manufacturing enterprises in technology innovation and development. Therefore, the organizational structure of manufacturing enterprises in technological innovation through information technology to improve and develop, will become the necessary part and steps of the process of innovation and development of manufacturing enterprises under conditions of informatization. Absorb and learn from based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, the paper first systematic analysis of process innovation organizations. From information technology to process innovation, organizational structure, role model, analyzes the process innovation business process changes that occur under conditions of informatization, process innovation organizations five characteristics of the correlation dimension of the changes and thus lead to the process innovative organizational structure for the future development trend. On this basis, based on the BPR theory, combined with different-sized manufacturing enterprises have different conditions to classify design, design process innovation organizational structure for large-scale manufacturing enterprises and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises organizational structure are two types of process innovation organizational structure, detailed analysis of the two types of process innovation, organizational structure model elements and functions. The design and implementation of the organizational structure are inextricably linked, the design process innovation to undertake organizational structure, we have the characteristics for the process-oriented process innovation, organizational structure, analyze the difficulties and solutions that may exist in the implementation of the embodiment choice, processes and related tasks and implementation organizations in the implementation of the mission objectives decomposition. In the case study, for example analysis of large and small-and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in process-oriented implementation of process innovation, organizational structure, and put forward recommendations to promote the development of process innovation, organizational structure.
