In the era of global economic integration, the domestic and international markets increasingly close relationship; the enterprises of China are facing huge pressure of competition. In addition to develop more advanced technology, to develop a broader field, to improve the independent research and development capacity these hard powers beyond, the soft strength which are enterprise structure, enterprise culture these soft strength also need to keep up with the pace of the hard power fast forward, which can ensure that China’s enterprises occupies a place in the fierce competition in the global. Therefore, we should know that to establish an operation order of good market environment is also vital, and the construction of enterprise trust culture is particularly important. So establishing a perfect system of enterprise trust culture can promote the cooperation of internal members, improve the enterprise internal members working ability and reduce the enterprise internal transaction costs, etc.First of all, this paper researches and analyzes the enterprise trust culture, the connotation of enterprise trust, and analyzes the dynamic complexity of the trust. In the cultural connotation of enterprise trust on the basis of analysis, this paper analyzes the enterprise trust culture from the drivers. The formation of the trust culture of enterprises, trust culture from the structure factors, enterprise trust culture from the antecedent and enterprise trust culture affecting the consequences variable factors of enterprise trust culture to form the system analysis, based on this, the dimension from the enterprise trust culture construction and content dimensions constructs enterprises trust two aspects of cultural mechanism.Secondly, in the base of the previous research conclusion, the analysis of the influence factors of the enterprise trust culture by questionnaires, so as to determine the final enterprise trust with cultural factors model. Explain the factors which affect the trust between the enterprise managers and employees, the trust between the managers, the members’trust to the enterprise, and then give an example hypothesis.Then this paper uses the SEM method to do the analysis, uses the way of interview and questionnaire to gain the relevant data, and uses SPSS 17.0 and the result of LISREL8.0 to do the testing for the hypothesis results.Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures and it provides powerful suggestions for the regulations of China’s current enterprise trust environment promotes and improves the competition of China’s enterprise on the basis of the above analysis.
