Abstract


With the accession to the WTO, China’s financial market comprehensiveopening and the development of financial management theory, in order to effectivelyavoid risk, banking, securities and insurance industries continue to expand theirbusiness scope, through continuous mutual infiltration and mutual union, the linebetween the three increasingly blurred, financial industry comprehensivemanagement is becoming more and more obvious. The12th five-year plan is putforward clearly:" actively and steadily push forward the comprehensive managementof financial industry pilot", pointing clear direction of development for our countrywithin five years of operation mode of financial industry development The mixedoperation of financial industry by the state and the market has been developingvigorously.This article summarizes on the financial supervision theory and practice,in-depth analysis of the mixed operation of the financial supervision mode theory,comparison of the developed countries and regions financial supervision system.Later, through the analysis of representative developed country finance supervisingand managing pattern changes and current situation, discuss our current financialsupervision pattern formation, mixed operation trend and the present mode ofregulation of China’s financial problems, and by using the SWOT method for theanalysis of the financial supervision system of China ’s advantages, disadvantages,facing the opportunities and threats, finally put forward the operation conditions ofimproving the financial supervision system of China strategy and strategic choice.
