Abstract


The economic globalization has affect more and more country and state, everycountry and state has joined the wave of the economic globalization, to accept the washof the market economic. Since our country joined the WTO, the finance service hasopened step and step. This is the opportunity to our finance, and it’s also a big shock. Thecoming of the foreign bank makes Chinese financial market change hugely. Stateeconomic can’t control the market totally. State bank, foreign bank, private bank has theirown space. Intermediate business is the core of compete between modem commercialbank and is the important part to every commercial bank. However, the development ofbank was fast and blind these years, this phenomenon brings some disharmony to ourstate financial market. The intermediate business should be target for improving theability and competitive of commercial bank, it will develop basic on the traditionalbusiness. In order to solve those problem of developing the intermediate business, andmake it on the right track, the writer elaborate the necessity of developing intermediatebusiness through analyzing reality, comparing with the foreign commercial bank andanalyzing the specific case. This article uses the economic as well as statistics to analyzethe problem which exists the development of intermediate business. At the same time,the writer put forward some advice about the experience of foreign bank. The writerhopes those advice can improve the innovation of intermediate business, consummate thebank service, improve the competition of bank as well as protect the bank away from therisk.
