Abstract

SDRI AG is the first Chinese home appliance industrial equipment for the design development and manufacturing enterprises, is China's largest electrical appliance enterprises, it is in the Design and Research Institute, based on a partial restructuring, with its high-tech products, the level of , good price and good service has won a certain reputation at home and abroad. But with the company in recent years great changes in the external environment, and because the industry increasingly competitive market to the enterprise's long-term development has brought a series of problems, such as domestic end products vicious competition, the entry of foreign high-end products, industry market there is a limit future capacity, domestic market development space is limited, etc., which have affected the company's rapid, long-term development, the company is turning a critical period in the development, sustainable development facing the possibility, can continue to become bigger and stronger problem. In order to fierce competition in an invincible position, better and faster development, how to develop the correct, appropriate development strategy has become imperative. This paper systematically evaluate SDRI external environment facing the company, using the EFE matrix analysis of the company strategic analysis of the external environment, out the external environment SDRI company opportunities and threats: Then IFE matrix analysis method using the company's internal conditions strategic analysis, a clear SDRI conditions within the company's strengths and weaknesses: Finally, through the SWOT matrix, SPACE matrix, IE matrix analysis of the company's strategy is proposed implementation of the strategy put forward specific measures and strategies to implement safeguards. In this paper, the company's internal and external environment for SDRI strategic analysis, based on the proposed strategic development plan realistic. This paper describes the status of strategic management theory, as a business strategy analysis, formulation and implementation of the theoretical basis, and secondly, through SDRI company's external environment and internal conditions of the specific analysis of the external environment for business operations status, opportunities and threats from two aspects that influence the company's future development of the key factors for the business operations of the internal conditions of situations from two aspects to identify the strengths and weaknesses affect the company's future development of the key factors, on this basis, through analysis and argumentation that the SDRI in the future development must rely on our strong team of professionals, strong technical development strength, years of rich experience in international marketing and other internal strengths and make full use of and grasp of international and domestic electrical industry trend growth opportunity, good financing platform, the parent company location advantages, industry and other external opportunity to actively grasp the favorable development opportunities existing proposed development strategy adhere to the road of dilated ideas, in order to achieve leapfrog development of their own, to achieve stronger and bigger goals, combined with the company's actual case, the proposed option three strategic directions: the professional, international, capitalization, and finally in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy proposed path can be relied upon to ensure the implementation of measures and the five recommendations.
