Abstract


Competition in the financial sector in Wulanchabu is increasingly fierce. As the first commercial bank went into Wulanchabu, Baoshang Bank brings development philosophy, combined with regional economic Wulanchabu development of the status quo, and now is exploring the characteristics of the road suited to our own retail business development.Firstly, this article establishes the implementation of the strategy of the contractor bank branch transformation in6δ management as the theoretical basis through theoretical overview to; Secondly, it introduced the basic situation of the contractor banks, the development of philosophy and operating strategy, and clearly demonstrated the bank’s overall situation of Baoshang Bank, and elaborated an overview of Wulanchabu Branch as well as personal financial services; Thirdly, it introduced the Baoshang bank Wulanchabu Branch operational environment, including the basic situation in Wulanchabu area, with a focus on two major factors which are closed related to the development of the Wulanchabu branch—regional economic and financial environment, the introduction and analysis; Fourthly, detailed analysed the problems and the reasons in Baoshang Bank Wulanchabu Branch outlets retail business; Fifth, environmental analysis and necessity analysis were carried out for the branch network transformation project implementation; Finally, based on the combination of what has been discussed above to produce a6δ management as a tool proposed packagecommercial Baoshang Bank Wulanchabu Branch network the transformation project6δ management implementation strategies.
