In recent years, China’s inflation rate has remained at a high level.It is for legal that the central bank set the public interest as the primary interest, the primary object is stabilize the currency and ensure financial stability through the exercise of the functions of the public authority, This is a continuing, solve the problem of independent central bank to control inflation.The meaning of the independence of the central bank is covered by independent organizations and independent personnel, independent functions and financial independence four parts.The play of the independence of the central bank is fine tune and regulate the short-sight of the government’s economy policy and also reasonable constraints of irrational economic behavior of government The central bank independence is a controversial subject of the theoretical framework if the central bank system, but with the continuous development of the theory of the central bank independence, the key has been debate about the central bank independence was already turn to the what extent of the central bank independence should be given from whether the central bank should be independence.China’s central bank is the People’s Bank of China, since the formal establishment of a single central bank system in1984it has played a very important role in maintaining rapid economic development and monetary stability of the currency, but relative to some developed countries, there is still much room for PBC improve the independence. Therefore, the recent inflation as the starting point and from the connotation of the independence of the central bank, the system of the United States, the European Union and Japan’s central bank, to know the detailed model of their central bank independence, and worthy of to find our learning place. Thus pointed out the shortcomings of the Central Bank of China. To address these deficiencies, given the appropriate policy recommendations.Designed to study the theory about the independence of the central bank, to investigate the independence of the Central Bank of China, and to think about the direction of the development of the central bankThis thesis have5parts to describe the independence of the central bank:First part:Described the background of this paper, and state the foreign and domestic views of related works on the independence of the central bank and introduce the wrting methods.The second part:to account of the independence of the central bank system, so as to deepen the understanding.
