Abstract


The microfinance is small amount financial credit service for people and self-employed and small enterprises who are excluded from Regular financial system with the different risk management technology. Compared with other loans, microfinance has notable and special credit risk.Postal Savings Bank of China was officially established on the basis of the Postal Savings On March6,2007.N branch is the secondary branch of Postal Savings Bank. Because microfinance is the main asset business and the profit point of N branch, so the it’s risk is the main risk of the bank.. Although, the risk management of N branch has made great progress but there are still a lot of shortcomings. They affect the quality of loan assets, Limit the business development and Reduce the earnings.This article formed the understanding by using the related theory of microfinance. Firstly this article explains the meaning of microfinance and the risk. Then State the microfinance business status of the N branch.Finally the measure to improve and optimize the microcredit risk management of the post savings bank of the N branch was proposed to make the development of microfinance service of the postal savings bank of the N branch sustainable and healthful.
