Welfare lottery to raise funds in welfare development plays an important role in, in 2009 July, China promulgated the" Regulations on lottery management", standardize the lottery issuance and sales management, to further promote China’s social wel fare and the development of public welfare undertakings, lottery sales in the soci ety more and more people understand and pay attention to it. At present our country lottery sales is mainly uses the fixed device connected network, this applies only to the wired network in more developed areas, this paper design a device based on embedded hardware, low power consumption and easy to carry portable lottery solling terminal, through the wireless GPRS network data exchange, no cable access to areas of lottery sales.The focus of this paper is to design a portable mobile lottery selling terminal, the device for the embedded terminal equipment, through to the system demand analysis, select WindowsCE as the operating system, VS2008 as the development platform, C# language as development language, database using SQLite, consistent with the terminal design requirements safe and stable, powerful, multitasking, cross platform, resource saving, portability and other conditions. Considering the low power consumption and fast reaction speed requirements, in the hardware using ARM2410 chip through the serial port is respectively connected with the GPRS module and the embedded printer connection, wireless data transmission and lottery printing. This paper analyses the embedded application software development process and related key technologies, introduces in detail the application of the overall framework and the sale of color protocol analysis, realization of lottery sales of lottery and query, wireless data transmission and lottery printing, GPRS data decoding functions. Through the software, hardware, wireless GPRS transmission combination design, formed a set can be used to practice the mobile lottery sale system.In domestic lottery using embedded equipment sales mobile lottery still belongs to the stage of, especially in this paper designed using GRPS technology, reached a lottery system wireless landing, more reference and application value.
