Abstract

The new rural construction relates to the development of China’s social stability, people’s living standards improve and the country’s long-term stability. After several years of intensive construction, rural infrastructure has reached a certain level. But it is need further Argument whether it achieve the new objectives of the rural areas or meet the farmers need.Therefore, the in-depth study of the current situation and problems about new rural infrastructure construction in Beijing will have guiding significance for "Twelfth Five-Year " Planning which is about to begin, provide a scientific basis for reform the construction of new rural development plan of Beijing, and the different levels of infrastructure construction of the village.The study proposed by the use of the second agricultural census of Beijing and on the basis of field research to rural settlements as a unit, quantitative evaluation of the level of infrastructure development in rural settlements, and the overall level and bottleneck facilities in accordance with the situation types of infrastructure in rural settlements division; choose a different type of infrastructure in rural settlements, home-finding mission, analysis of infrastructure in rural residential demand and recognition of farmers, of configurations of different types of villages planning to make relevant policy recommendations.
