With the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, the demands of customers are constantly changing and uncertain factors of the market are continuously increasing. So competitions between enterprises are increasingly fierce. Nowadays, the demands of customers are becoming much more difficult to forecast. With the dynamic behaviors of supply chain are becoming more complex, the business ideas and competition mode are changing at the same time that enterprises turn attention from "products oriented"to "customer oriented" gradually and the competitions between enterprises changed from individuals to supply chain. The competition of supply chain has gradually become the mainstream of competition between enterprises. Lower cost, higher efficiency, improvement of customer’s satisfaction become the key factors to make enterprises keep not be defeated.First, this thesis gave an account of supply chain management (SCM) and system dynamics (SD) related theory and method, and then introduced modeling methods and application of system dynamics. Then, used system dynamics method established a competitive simulation model. Last, used simulink tool to simulate the model established. The result indicates that change of some little factors for one retailer, such as operational agileness and customer satisfaction, what’s more, the other retailer can also be influenced, In this way, the simulation of competition in supply chain is reflect deeply, and that competitive simulation model will be helpful for the supply chain management project.In current literature, the research about competition model in supply chain is very little. Thus, in order to improve effectiveness of enterprise the research of this thesis mainly around the competition simulation model of supply chain based on system dynamics method. In the simulation analyzed customer satisfaction and other factors on the influence of retailers’sales amount and market occupation in the supply chain.Supply chain is a dynamic and complex system that traditional static optimization method is difficult to describe and deal with relationships of complex, dynamic and feedback in the internal system. Thus, in order to research on the competition of supply chain, and analysis some factors change on the influence of supply chain, this thesis mainly used system dynamics modeling method and simulation analysis method. In this way, it can reflect the internal structure of supply system more intuitively. In addition, this thesis mainly research on two-level supply chain competitive performance model, however, supply chain system in reality is extremely complex and changeable. So concentrate on more internal nodes in supply chain should be a direction of efforts in the future.
