Abstract


To promote the common development of all ethnic groups is the basic objective of our national policy, we chinese have made a great progress in political, economic, technological, cultural and other areas since reform and opening up, at the same time, the domestic inter-regional, inter-ethnic situation of uneven development is also expanding. Cause of the widening is an important reason for the slow transformation of economic and social of national areas and the use of low capacity of the market. From the Kazak point of view, With a background of depletion in grassland and a limitation in traditional nomadic economy, a transformation from nomad to settle, a way from a single animal production to diversification, It is to accelerate the development and narrow with the gap between other nations and regions to share the results of the requirements of socialist construction.Taxihe Manas County is a typical Kazak nomadic township. This town gradually achieved a change from nomad to settle, achieved the diversification of agricultural production, market-oriented economic development, also has a big development in mining from 1980s. at the same time, the conflicts between environmental protection and economic development are also constantly intensified, which directly increased the conflicts between environmental protection and economic development. Research from the perspective of the national economy, this problem manifest as sustainable development of economy in Taxihe Township, that mean over a long term, how to achieve the goal which contain continuous improvement of the total local economy, the increasing income of residents, living standards of residents continued to improve.This article is based on those ideas and takes Taxihe Township as the research object through a systematic investigation upon economic and social development of Taxihe Township, analyses the advantages and influencing factors for sustainable development of economy in Taxihe Township, proposes a fundamental way that is transformation of traditional nomadic economy, diversification of farming, mineral exploitation and grassland tourism. Therefore, we need to improve the morden livestock production levels, to achieve the diversification of farming operations, to develop rural industries properly, to improve the grassland tourism development capability, to develop handicrafts in order to achieve sustained fast economic development and realize our children and grandchildren can have business to live and work problems.This article is divided into six parts to research on the Taxihe Township Manas County sustainable economic development issues. Introduction describes the purpose and significance of writing; The first part describes Taxihe Township economic development status that is starting point and basis of study; The second and the third part of the writing analyze Taxihe favorable conditions for sustainable economic development and the difficulties faced respective, with Taxihe Township the actual situation of economic modernization and national development needs, propose the transformation of the traditional economy and diversification are the fundamental ways of Taxihe Township to sustainable economic development; The fourth part of writing studys Taxihe Township basic measures for sustainable economic development; the fifth part of writing presents the Taxihe Township safeguard for sustainable economic development.
