Abstract


The distribution of income in the economic life of the ' eternal theme , it is about the most fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people , is the focus of people's livelihood issues . Accompanied by increasingly severe problem of income gap in China , how to achieve fairness and justice of the income distribution , as many scholars a hot topic in recent years , the CPC Central Committee on the issue of income distribution given sufficient attention, repeatedly emphasized the importance of fair social distribution , a positive adjustment to income distribution . studied in this context our residents income gap problem of great significance because of the allocation of the issue is not just economic issues , more ethical issues in view of this, the study of residents' income distribution disparity in the allocation of ethics sight , to better achieve the fairness and justice of the income distribution paper first enunciated the concept of the distribution of economic ethics , distribution ethics review of objective economic situation and foreign distribution of ethical thinking to guide our country to solve the income gap ; clarify our country should adhere to the distribution of ethical principles ; followed by visits serious problem of our country at this stage residents income distribution , visible income distribution gap ; widening income distribution gap will have a tremendous impact on the social distribution ethics ; learn from the experiences and lessons of the of several typical foreign countries on equitable distribution , to get our country to achieve a fair assigned revelation, and relevant policy recommendations .
