Abstract


Class management is the survival of basic conditions of teaching activities to and the important guarantee of teaching activities in the smooth completion. The influences of class management are various factors, in which the most important are teachers’quality, students’quality, social environment, school environment, family education and mass media. Teachers are widespread because of class management problems, even depressed. In recent years, because many students prefer to study in senior general secondary schools, matriculate quality of secondary vocational school’s drops as well as learning motivation of who is insufficient. Class management of secondary students is more difficult, issues of it turn more prominent; influence factors of it become more complicated due to the uniqueness of secondary students.In order to research the influence factors of class management in the secondary school and understand present situation of it, this study hypothesized five factors to influence class management:management ability of teacher, learning interest of the student’s and social environment factors, peers influence, media influence. Furthermore, questionnaires of class management about teachers and students are designed for the research. Among all factors, the most important are management ability of teachers, student’s quality, the relationship of teachers and students, the second are peers influence and social environment. And media influence slowly turns from indirect impact into a direct effect.The following conclusive opinions which get from the research:ability of class management about teachers in secondary school is lack of competence; class management is more like authoritarian style than democratic style; teacher’s structure exist defects. Predisposition, learning ability, self-efficacy and study interest of secondary vocational students is shortage; relationship of teacher-student is common. The influence of technical secondary school students is more like peers relationship than teachers, family influence. The students’ personality and emotion which are affects by inharmonious of the families indirect impact class management; Mass media effects, especially the influence of the mobile phone, turns to dominant influence from the recessive. Nowadays, teachers of classroom management in secondary vocational school should be management of influence factors of class, but not just traditional management.Hoping to provide some help to class management of the secondary school, this paper brings forward the most important factors of secondary vocational students on the basis of previous studies.
