Abstract


In this paper,the author use Micro Pulse Lidar(MPL) and Raman-Rayleigh-Mie Lidar(RRML) in Nanjing University of Information Science&technology to observe the aerosol over northern suburb of Nanjing. Calculate the extinction coefficient profile and AOD by Fernald and Klett method.Then analyze the relationship between aerosol change and Some meteorological elements.Some day, distribution of the aerosol in the vertical direction is relatively uniform. Calculate the overlap of RRML by fitting the data of logarithm of range corrected signal.Use the overlap to correct data,compare the near-point data with Nepelometer data,both the two are in the same Magnitude.they are Comparable. Compare the MPL data with sun photometer, the results show that little difference between the two,MPL data is less than sun photometer.The results of continuous monitoring of aerosols show that AOD of daytime presents a semi-circular growth trend and peak at about11:30,then AOD will continue decreasing, this phenomenon shows that the department observation are typical urban aerosols,the data show that during the AOD of daytime are generally large than at night. Through the AOD obse-rvations of the whole year2011in Nanjing northern suburb,wo find AOD generally larger throughout the year, AOD volatile in September, the variance of the measured data is large.The monitoring of Stratus at height of0-6Km show that maximum extinction coefficient of stratus can reach0.001m-1,get the typical extinction profiles of different weather observed two typical extinction structure of the clouds:symmetric and non-symmetric.monitoring on cases phenomenon show that:the aerosols diffuse to the surface from the boundary layer about1.75Km with the effect of turbulence with no wind, fog and haze happen at about7:00am,then it grow big and diffuse up,after the haze arrives the peak,it begins to dissipate,if not dissipated away, the haze continues this process at the next day.
