Abstract


Geological disaster emergency treatment is a important mean to effectively relieve disasters harm and prevent the further expansion of disasters. But the uncertainty of the regional distribution of dispersion of geological disaster requires experts came to the spot for disposal objectively, so building up mobile geology disaster emergency system is the inevitable demand disposal of geological disasters.Jiangxi is a province with susceptibility, multiple, serious harm geological disaster, is one of the country’s twelve provinces with most serious geological disasters, and the Geological disaster death toll is forefront in death toll of natural disasters. Developing disaster emergency mobile Consultation System base on the original geological disaster emergency command platform and improving emergency response capabilities to deal with unexpected geological disasters,are important practical significances for effectively relieving geological disasters harm and preventing the further expansion of disasters in Jiangxi province.The system uses a satellite communication network system based on the IP protocol Vipersat,through the terrestrial IP platform, using the terrestrial IP platform to acheive interconnection of the satellite communication system to achieve different band (C, Ku, L/S, etc.). The Vipersat system uses a unique satellite bandwidth and communication scheduling management software.Mobile emergency monitoring system is constructed based on satellite communication network, with multimedia information transmission and remote monitoring function, and composed of Satellite emergency communication fixed station, mobile vehicles, and individual system.The thesis systematically elaborated the technical knowledge of the system,analysis technical requirements,functional requirementsdetails of the system. Focus on the design of a communications command vehicle and satellite earth station part and Already completed part of the construction of the ground station consultation room(not included in this study).The Vipersat system is in a good run now.
