Abstract


Wassily Kandinsky is the most representitive in the nature of color theory of abstractionism. He is the founder of morden theory and practice of abstract art, the founder of abstract painting, progenitor of abstractionism. Also he is much-watched master, art theoretician and educator. His achievements in the abstract painting is unmatched and he is the first arrist who applies music to painting. There are original views about the key points of the color and the form of the painting(the point, the line,the surface),and the performance of painting in his abstract painting esthetics theory. His paining theory a far-reaching influence on later westen paining.His paining theory is the key that opens modern painting aesthetics. I discuss his paining theory and wors from various angles then analyse and summary the affecting factors on his special style, especially the affect of mysticism in his art career. We can know the value of his art theory and paining. Also we can understand the meaning inherent thoroughly then we can benefit from his valuable ideas for art creation and theory of today.
