Abstract


Art develops with the times and it has never been isolated from the times it exsits. Any art at different times will inevitably initiate connections, communications or even mutual influences with the scientific and cultural environment of that times. The development of digital technology and information techonology provide artists of our days a brand new platform to express their creative works. Based on the latest digial and media technology, Digital Illustration Art make it possible to integrate human’s logical thinking with artistical inspiration. Given the fact of growing widespread usage of digital information technology, Digital Illustration Art will become more and more popular. Digital Illustration Art Design, combined with the virtues of techonology and art, is a new expressive form of visual art and it is influcing our lives and cultures. Artists have the responsibility to become the creators of visual culture, and turn the power of high technology into the art of human caring.
