Abstract

In recent years, fluorescent sensor technology has received the widespreadattention of scientists because of its high sensitivity, good selectivity and shortresponse time. The technology is mainly used for the detection of various ions andsmall molecules. Many have been reported to various to the appropriate ions, but themajority of small molecule fluorescent compounds get rapid development. Smallmolecular fluorescent probe is an important tool to studying chemical biology. It is agood strategy and played a huge role which applying of modern synthetic organicchemistry method to design the effective compound molecular skeleton, buildcorresponding fluorescence probe, and to detect small molecules, ions detection andimaging of cells or living research. In this paper, the second chapter firstly introduces a new type of the ratiometricfluorescent probe used for the detection of SO32-. This ratio fluorescence probe has theadvantages of simple structure, easy preparation and good detection effect, importantly overcome the disadvantages which the previous reports of the singlewavelength fluorescence probe such as the influence of background light, lightscattering of instrument itself, the external environment containing temperature, pH,etc, and else the sample concentration in itself, all these factors result that we cannotobtain accurate detection data. Based on the mechanism of intramolecular chargetransfer (ICT), we design the ratio fluorescent probes which display in thecorresponding advantages. The spectrum of the probe has outstanding performance, blue shift absorption wavelength of125nm, high selectivity and sensitivity, shortreaction time and so on features, it is possible to detect environment and biologysulfites. In the third chapter, we describe compound NIR-N2H4as a new candidate offluorescent hydrazine probe with emission in the NIR region for detecting hydrazinein serum and cell imaging of hydrazine. Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent hydrazineprobes are highly desirable, because light in NIR region shows deeper penetration, reduced autofluorescence, and less phototoxicity and can effectively eliminate thebackground fluorescence interference environment. The first NIR fluorescence probefor monitoring hydrazine in blood samples and live cells was designed andsynthesized. The favorable properties of the probe include a significant turn-on response in the NIR region, high sensitivity and selectivity, and functioning well atphysiological pH.In the fourth chapter, we first designed and synthesized a series of fluorescentdye derivatives based on ICT, PET, TBET mechanism which use phenanthreneimidazole and BODIPY dyes as a framework through modified between the two dyes.Though studied the synthetic dye spectral properties, we found these dyes have incommon with large molar extinction coefficient and high fluorescence quantum yieldthat satisfied as a small molecule fluorescent dye application requirements. On thebasis of these dyes, a small molecular fluorescent probe for monitoring fluoride ionwas designed and synthesized. The probe in the presence of other halogen ion, theprobe identified fluoride ion with high selectivity, this is the preliminary applicationof a series of dyes.
