High temperature dust removal system is the key subsystem of low carbon environmental protection of IGCC, PFBC and other clean coal power station, directly affects the stable operation of the power station and the power generation efficiency. Porous ceramic asymmetric filtering tube structure is the core component of the dedusting system, which consists of bearing two part filtration membranes role of supporting body and dust removal effect. At present the main problems existed in the porous ceramic tubes is the low intensity and filter pressure drop. The supporting body strength determines the strength of filter tube, filter pressure drop from about 80% silicon carbide porous ceramic support. Porous SiC ceramic support based on the preparation of high strength and low filtration pressure drop as the research target. The silicon carbide powder by ball milling and shaping, which can effectively improve the liquidity in the support body forming process. Second K2O-SiO2-Al2O3 three ternary phase diagram in the effect of mullite initial study of different ratio of kaolin and feldspar in the prepared adhesive product area object relative to the support body based on the bending strength, potassium feldspar containing 25% kaolin is the best binder formula, the preparation of the highest strength support. Then on the graphite, activated carbon, PMMA three effect of pore forming agents on the support body microstructure and bending strength, the activated carbon as the pore forming agent performance support optimal preparation. Finally, according to the XRD and the bending strength test to determine the sintering process of the supporting body. Using α -SiC 280 μ m as aggregate, potassium feldspar, kaolin as the binder, the hand over test by half in pressing prepared porous supporting body, the molding pressure, activated carbon pore forming agent, binder at 1420 ℃ firing temperature, changes in pore porous support rate, the bending strength and the filter pressure drop. When molding pressure is 6MPa, the activated carbon pore forming agent 15%wt content, binder content 20%wt, the bending strength and porosity of the support body and increase; forming pressure is 12MPa, the activated carbon pore forming agent 20%wt content, binder content 20%wt, filter pressure drop and air support rate and reduce. Combined with the optimization results of orthogonal test and engineering application of high strength and low filtration pressure drop principle indicates that: the forming pressure is 12MPa, the activated carbon pore forming agent content 15%wt, 20%wt can be obtained when the binder content, porosity, bending strength was 35.8% SiC porous ceramic 31.8MPa support. When the filtering speed is 0.16m · H-1, filter pressure drop of the samples is 2.9hPa.
