Abstract

This article describes the process of a microwave-assisted ionic liquid extracted of proanthocyanidins and cinnamon oilfrom the cinnamon, purified by macroporous resin column chromatography and extraction residue burning activated carbon treatment, a change in the traditional single extraction methodat the same time, improve the extraction rate of the effective use of cinnamon resources.Ionic liquids as solvents, microwave-assisted extraction, vanillin-hydrochloric acid method for quantitative analysis of proanthocyanidins Gui Youcheng detection of GC-MS method for meat. Single factor experiments to optimize the extraction conditions, first optimize the type and concentration of the ionic liquid, the final selection of0.5M [C4mim]Br as the most suitable solvent for the following single factor screening. In addition, microwave screening of single factor experiment and compared with other traditional methods. Microwave power230W, liquid ratio, microwave10min finally selected as the most suitable for microwave conditions. Under this condition, proanthocyanidins, and cinnamon oil extraction rate have been desired results. In addition, by comparison with the traditional methods, are proved the ionic liquid microwave-assisted simultaneous extraction of proanthocyanidins from cinnamon and cinnamon oil is an effective, feasible and reasonable.Macroporous resin static adsorption and desorption experiments to determine the the macroporous resin HPDD type most suitable for cinnamon bark from alternative types of macroporous resin (HPD100A, HPD700, HPDD, HPD450, HPD750, HPD850, HPD500, HPD600, HPD417HPD826)purification of procyanidins, the proanthocyanidins adsorption monolayer adsorption capacity of102.69mg/g (mg/g dry resin), adsorption temperature of25℃, saturated adsorption time of2h, selected concentration of4.112mg/mL of the original anthocyaninsliquid extraction is carried out on the sample, the adsorption rate of2BV/h, different concentrations of ethanol gradient elution after the adsorption equilibrium is reached, the desorption rate of1BV/h, to collect10%~40%ethanol desorption stream stars. After purification, the purity of procyanidins up to88.15%. In order to reduce production costs, to avoid waste, and recovery tests were carried out on macroporous resin and an ionic liquid. The residue extracted with phosphoric acid prepared by pyrolysis of activated carbon to optimize the best conditions:solid-liquid ratio of1:3; microwave power540W; microwave activation time20min. These conditions, the activated carbon yield of45.28%, methylene blue adsorption of12.43mL/0.1g iodine adsorption value of881mg/g.This article end up with an effective and rational use ionic liquid microwave-assisted extraction conditions, purification conditions, activated carbon preparation conditions of cinnamon extract of purified proanthocyanidins and cinnamon oil process and phosphoric acid microwave pyrolysis process of the preparation of activated carbon. Effective use of cinnamon resources, and provide a scientific basis for the search for natural proanthocyanidins new sources of oil and cinnamon.
