Abstract:Magnetic nanomaterials have attracted increasing attention because they have unique physcial and chemical properties and also have widely potential application in biomedical field. In this thesis, a solvothermal method was developed to synthesize monodisperse magnetic nanoparticles for biomedicine by using high temperature and pressure to convert organometallic precursors to magnetic products. We exploited influences of different experimental parameters, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, surfactants, on particles’size, structure, morphology, formation mechanism and biomedical properties. The main contents are summerized as follows:(1)Uniform monodisperse Fe3O4nanoparticles with average size of10nm were synthesized by solvothermal mothod. The morphologies could be controlled by adjusting the reaction parameters. After that, silica and dextran coatings were used to modify the surficial properties of Fe3O4spherical nanoparticles which enables their further application in the biomedical field.(2) A new way to prepare double-layer hollow CoO spheres. Research the structure of double-layer hollow CoO spheres by regulating the reaction time. At the same time, we proposed Ostwald ripening as the formation mechanism and growth model of double-layer hollow CoO nanoparticles. Synthesized Co3O4nanoparticles through calcinating CoO nanoparticles as precursors in air condition.(3) Based on above work, we prepared ferrite nanomaterials, such as CoFe2O4and NiFe2O4, as well as Ni nanomaterials. The morphologies of as-prepared products can be controlled by using different surfactants and changing the reaction time. We also do surficial modification on Fe3O4, CoO and Ni nanoparticles for their application in biomedical fileds.
