Abstract


This thesis carrys out a systematic study of the value of China’s coal miningrights assessment applying the mining economics, option theory, asset evaluation,statistics and risk theory and knowledge. The paper detailes analysis of the status ofthe development of China’s coal mining rights, pointing out that with the economicand social development, the traditional mining rights assessment methods have theirlimitations. From the point of view of economics, the thesis studies the value of coalmining rights and ecological value is part of the value of the coal mineral rights, usingthe residual income pro rata to study the value of coal resources. As the coal mine ofJincheng City, Shanxi Province for an example, the thesis study on coal mining rightsassessment system. Considering the environment and the bonus element, the thesisimproves the assessment with the option of the assessment of mining method, SouthRiver coal mine as an example to assess the value of the coal mining rights. Basing onrisk theory, the thesis studies the risk analyse.
