Abstract


The research object of this paper is-60mesh Mao sand of yangkeng mountain concentrator inTieshanlong Tungsten Mine, the ore mainly composed of wolframite, and associated a variety ofvaluable elements, such as molybdenum, bismuth, copper, zinc, tin, etc. This paper mainly studiesthe complex sulphide ore associated with wolframite. The flotability of chalcopyrite in the ore isvery good and it is difficult to restrain, so there are many places use sodium cyanide as inhibitorin the recovery process of sulfide mineral. The obtained copper concentrate contains a lot ofbismuth, further separate bismuth from copper concentrate need to use shaking table, thecomprehensive utilization of associated sulfide ore has a low level. This paper focuses on thestudy of separation efficiency of low-toxic, non-toxic flotation depressor and their compositedepressor during elements flotation separation, then determine the best reagent system, eventuallyuse cyanide-free processing to synthetically recover the complex sulphide ore associated withwolframite.For bismuthinite, chalcopyrite and sphalerite, do flotation test on their pural minerals.Results show that the slurry pH value have greater influence on the flotability of bismuthinite andsphalerite, and little on chalcopyrite. Depressor of zinc sulfate and sodium carbonate andammonium sulfate has a strong inhibitory effect on sphalerite, and no inhibitory effect onbismuthinite and chalcopyrite. It can be used as inhibitors of sphalerite during flotation of copperand bismuth. In addition, LJ and zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite composite inhibitor has a stronginhibitory effect on bismuthinite and sphalerite. Appropriate dosage increases the recovery rate ofchalcopyrite instead of inhibiting.This paper researches on comprehensive recovery and utilization of the real ores by usingthe process of preferential flotation of molybdenum-bulk flotation for other sulfide ore–theninhibiting zinc for copper and bismuth–floatation of zinc. And zinc sulfate and sodium carbonateand ammonium sulfate, LJ and zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite were the respectively depressors ofsphalerite and bismuthinite. Molybdenum concentrate contenting Mo47.51%with recovery88.23%, bismuth concentrate contenting Bi16.40%with recovery61.01%, copper concentratecontenting Cu24.29%with recovery81.53%and zinc concentrate contenting Zn43.13%withrecovery65.34%were obtained.By using infrared spectrometry, this paper analysis the suppression mechanism of zincsulfate+sodium carbonate+ammonium thiosulfate on sphalerite and the function mechanism ofzinc sulfate+sodium sulfite+LJ on bismuthinite and chalcopyrite.
