Abstract


This paper discusses the low carbon problems from two aspects: On the one hand, it analyses low carbon "crisis" in China; On the other hand, it discusses the future of social life of low carbon the remodeling in China.Developed countries have advocated low carbon economy is in the name of protecting the global climate, which is conducive to the industrialized countries. Under international pressure, China is facing "was low carbon" predicament. This paper analyses the crisis, that is, China "was low carbon", and tried to find out the reason to solve the problem of“be low carbon" crisis. Facing the problem of“was low carbon" extinction in China, we must change our attitude from passive to active; towards a low carbon society means that the social life style should be remolded. Finally, this paper discusses the social policies about how to solve the low carbon road development of policy measures in China.
