Abstract


Reheating furnace is necessary for large-scale steel rolling heat treatment equipment,it consuming huge energy,which accounts for about60percent of the steel rolling.Reheating furnace control system is a large and complex control system which controls slab in and out reheating furnace and the furnace thermal process,especially the temperature control is the most important and difficult of reheating furnace.In recent years,with energy-saving awareness improving,more and more people pay attention to saving energy and tapping the potential.In rolling production,reheating furnace as the largest energy-consuming equipment,but alse as one of the most critical equipment in the entire process,The stability of its operation will directly affect the quality of steel rolling;How to ensure the slap in-out of oven smooth;How to solve the burning problem of the reheating furnace rational;How to ensure the reheating furnace to run in the best conditions, which is many production units and scientists have been concerned about.In this paper,combining the design of new reheating furnace in Shougang company,the thesis emphasis the reheating furnace key equipment such as:charge machine, discharge machine, walking system and other objects of the specific control flow,speed control curve,travel calculation and other specific control stragegies and algorithm;Completing the automation system design of hot rolling heating furnace, we can carry out the function of transferring measuring and weighting, detecting, charging and discharging, furnace burning control and other data and information exchange;By PLC and level2computer systems conduct order,timing,interlock and logic control,achieving the automation and track management of materials systems;Finally,the burning system has been studied,fuzzy PID control method was propsed, and for the design and simulation work.According to simulation,it express that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller have faster response,smaller overshoot and stronger robustness than the general PID controller,and the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller have excellent self-adapting capability.
