Abstract


Reheating furnace is one of the main energy consume in the rolling company, which goal is not only meeting the qualification of temperature, but also achieve the economic index of energy consume and the minimum heating loss of the bloom. It is very important that how to improve the quality of the product and reducing the energy consume at the era of advocating lower carbon.In this paper, based on the reheating furnace of TIANJIN high speed wire, researching the history and development of regenerator, the working principle of regenerative reheating walking beam furnace, the research situation of controlling technology about reheating furnace. Introduce the process of the reheating furnace, including the bloom moving sequence, walking beam system, evaporative cooling system, the combustion system of furnace house.Siemens’s s7400series PLC is Chose as the controller, and introducing the performance of the PLC. Introduce the construction of electrical PLC and instrument PLC, the hardware about I/O, network equipment and network construction, the choosing of the programming soft and the software about HMI.Introducing the network configure of the L1automation, choosing the classical dual cross limit control, research on the measure and control of the furnace’s press and temperature, the furnace combustion control with the pulse way. In the part about security measure, designing the alarm with the instrument PLC system and the control logic safeguard interlock system, and designing the alarm system for guard against the gas leak separately. About electrical L1automation, make the walking beam soft start and soft stop. The charging bloom roller and discharging bloom roller are controlled by the VVVF, can rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, keep the speed same with the roller outside of the furnace.The reheating furnace of high speed wire only has the L1automation without the L2automation, only can make out automation half, the operator still have to adjust the furnace temperature manually, it is very hard to guarantee the quality of the product and the effect of saving energy in some degree. Based on this situation, one kind of dynamic mathematics model about reheating is designed. Based on this dynamic mathematic model, design the method of optimization of reheating furnace’s temperature, and do the simulation about one kind of bloom. At last, research on the temperature setting method in the situation of roller waiting.
