In this paper, we choose the 3 sampling sites from the Hangjinqi (Erdos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).we were study the Diversity of AMF from the rhizosphere soil of G. uralensis Fisch and the increasing drought resistance ability of AMF in three leguminous plants(G. uralensis Fisch, M. sativa L. and C. microphylla Lam). Researched work will offer technique guide to promotion of AMF resources. Main research results are as follows:1.13 AMF species of 4 genera were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of G. uralensis Fisch.8 species are belong to Glomus,3 belong to Acaulospora,1 species belong to Scutellospora and the another is belong to Diversispora, including 4 uncertain species.2. AMF Spore Density was affected by the Density of host plant. The diversity and distribution of AMF in the rhizosphere of G. uralensis Fisch have changed in the different season. The Spores Species, Spores Density, Species Richness and Shannon-wiener index of AMF are highest in August. Spores Diversity of AM fungi have been affected significantly by the depth of soil. The highest Spore Density occoured in the 10-20cm layer and 20-30cm layer, but AM fungi spore have not founded in the 90-100cm soil layer. Glomus was the dominant genus in the rhizosphere soil of G. uralensis Fisch.3. The Spore Density of AM fungi was influenced by soil factors. AM fungi colonization in the root of G.uralensis Fisch and the Spore Density of AM fungi has the negative correlation with soil available P and available N and has the positive correlation with soil pH. There are not significantly correlation between the Spore Density and the soil total N and total P.4. The AM fungi colonization in three leguminous plants which are G. uralensis Fisch, M. sativa L. and C. microphylla Lam was significantly decreased by the drought stress condition, but G. mosseae colonization was less affected then Dive.versiforme.5. The ability of drought resistance of leguminous plants was promoted by inoculation of AM fungi under drought stress condition. AM fungi improved the growth and the soluble sugar contents of leaves, decreased the leaf content of proline and MDA.6. There was a discrepancy of promotion effects on leguminous plants under drought stress and inoculation of different AMF conditions. The effects of G.mosseae colonization were better than the Dive.versiforme.
