Breast hyperplasia was the highest incidence of breast disease, in severe cases can causebreast cancer. How to prevent breast hyperplasia was particularly important. If you coundmicrocapsule of active pharmaceutical ingredients that had slow-release function and organizedinto clothing, So that people would be able to prevention breast hyperplasiawhenwearing theclothing. According to preliminary research project [1],molecular embedding method andcomplex coacervation were more suitable for microcapsule of imitation herbal ingredients.Molecular embedding method simple than complex coacervation but Obtain a very low corecontent, less practical value. Therefore,in this paper choose complex coacervation formicrocapsules. Select oleic acid (low polar component) and the β-sitosterol (polar component) asa core material,Gelatin/gum arabic microcapsules prepared for the wall material, main researchpreparation and ifnishing process of microcapsules.Oleic acid as the core materia, lunder the optimal conditions such as the concentration ofwall material was4%,the ratio of core and wall materials was1:1,pH value was4.15-4.25,under the optimal condition: the content of the core material was42.31%,the embedding ratewas47.99%. When cured by glutaraldehyde,micro-capsules was brown, toxicity and influentialon subsequent ifnishing. Cured by transglutaminase, unde the optimal conditions such as theratio of transglutaminase (TG) and the gelatin was0.2g/g,curing temperature was45°C,curingtime was8h. Preparation two kinds of microcapsules respectively glutaraldehyde andtransglutaminase as curing agent for analysis electron microscopy, particle size, heat releaseproperties, infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric, etc. Then put them ifnishing the fabric forcomparison the properties of whiteness, bursting strength and air permeability, moisturepermeability.β-sitosterol as a core material, the optimization of the emulsiifcation process: the amount ofemulsiifer was30%(the ratio of core material), emulsiifcation speed was2000r/min, emulsiifcation time was lh,emulsiifcation temperature was50°C. By using single-factor testand orthogonal test, the preparation technology was optimized. The optimum preparation processwas the concentration of wall material was8%,the ratio of core and wall materials was1:2,pHvalue was4.15-4.25,the ratio of transglutaminase (TG) and the gelatin was0.25g/g, the contentof the core material was40.98%, and the embedding rate reached70.87%, the average particlesize was16.419jam. The amount of β-sitosterol micro-capsules ifnishing agent had low inlfuenceon Whiteness and air permeability, had low inlfuence on moisture permeability. Finishing fabricshad Washable performance and abrasion performance. Reasonable amount of ifnishing agent was150g/L.
