Abstract


Today’s society, network is more in-depth in university and become the important channels to disseminate information and acquire knowledge for college students. It has had have had a profound impact to their life and even ideas and is changing the students’ideas and way of life. The network is a "double-edged sword", which brings positive effects and negative influence to the students. The network brings the convenience and happiness to the students and at the same time the concept of college students and behavior has a negative impact, which leads to some students appeared in the dilution of moral consciousness and moral misconduct and other problems.University students play an increasing important role within the net world. Their moral quality in net society has strongly influence the moralities construction. To solve the problem of ethical standard will act an active role in developing the Internet environment,maintaining network order and enhancing student’s moral quality. Therefore,we need to make a questionnaire for the current the basic situation of the university students’network moral quality. At the same time, we should make a statistic based on the investigating data. The author analyzes the possible causes of the existing problems in order to put forward feasible the path of solving and measure as a result.This paper consists the following three parts and expounds in detail.The first part put forwards the relevant concepts on network moral quality and the significance to improve the university students’network moral quality. At present, a lot of knowledge of moral quality only about real society, for moral quality of recognition is not comprehensive and profound. The network moral quality inevitable is related with the network, because network has become the most social necessary working and entertainment online tools, so also you must follow network behavior standards, form good moral thinking, simply be network should be civilization accomplishment. College students are builders and successors of the motherland in the future. So improving their network moral quality is a positive.In the second part, this paper discusses the college students’ network moral qualities loss harm, and then analysis of the reasons deeply. This part mainly lists four forms of the college students’ network moral quality loss: indulge in pornographic web sites, uncivilized language used on the website, online copy cheating, invasion of privacy. In order to make paper more persuasive, specially make a network moral questionnaire on most college students of Shijiazhuang. Through the questionnaire survey can be seen, some college students existing network moral consciousness, network legal idea vague, network moral behavior anomie. This article mainly aims at college students of this special group, and discusses their network moral qualities lacking. Students’ network moral loss to the society and schools and their own brought serious harm.The reasons of the college students’ network moral quality loss involves many aspects. On the one hand, the network itself is virtual, concealment and freedom and some other characteristic, which makes students’behavior on the network are not controlled by moral and law. They can change any false statements, copying others published papers, browse pornographic websites, etc. On the other hand, the law of network is not perfect, lack of supervision is also one of the important reasons of university students’ network moral quality loss. Realistic social is constraint by the law, and real-life legal couldn’t keep up with the development of the network, also does not accord with the characteristics of network society. So the network society needs a sound legal system. Some lack self-discipline network media in order to economic interests and cater to the vulgar taste of some net citizen, which objectively on the network immoral provides a platform. In addition, university network moral education lag also resulted in university students’ network moral quality loss. Universities do not attach importance to students’ network moral qualities and skills, and simply learn theory knowledge of network moral, lack of students’ information discerning culture and legal aspects of network education. The above mentioned are external factors, the students themselves are the major internal factors. Part of college students’ political training is not high, lack of network moral consciousness and autonomy consciousness which causes their lack of network moral quality is the most important reason. The last conclusion works out effective strategies for improving the network moral quality level from three aspects.One is to strengthen the network laws and regulations construction, develop processing harmful information software, maximum limit and remove harmful, violence and yellow information, The government should strengthen network legal knowledge propaganda. Second, the school will open network moral education courses, strengthen the network legal education and build a high-quality teachers’team.Three,college student is the subject of network moral to improve the quality. They should strengthen their own ideological and political tutelage, heighten their awareness and network moral consciousness.We make a conclusion that it is necessary and urgent to solve the problem of network moral quality for the university students. This paper will help the university students to improve their network moral quality and will provide a base for the government to legislate the network.
