Abstract


Pressure equipment are foundation of china’s industrial development,closely connected to country’s economic construction.since pressure equipment are becoming more complicated with the development of industry,it will cause great loss to society and economy if good management are not used.the risk assessment of pressure equipment are measures that predict risk of equipment and give advice to reduce failure probability for pressure equipment.new method of risk assessment are introduced based on gas cylinder and main steam pipe, founding basis of risk management.By conducting thorough research on failure probability scoring system and failure consequence scoring system, this paper founded the risk evaluation system of gas cylinder. In order to perform risk evaluation conveniently, risk classification was introduced in this paper. The foundation of Risk evaluation system conquered the limits of safety management of gas cylinder and provide scientific basis for risk management of gas cylinder.By conducting thorough research on failure mode of main steam pipe system working in condition of high pressure and temperature,creep and fatigue were found main factors of failure for main steam pipe.The failure probability model of main steam pipe was introduced by combining fracture mechanics and probability statistics, founding the basis of quantitative risk analysis of main steam pipe system.
