Abstract


Purpose: This study aimed to detect preeclampsia and eclampsia placental tissue CD4 CD25 Treg cells express discussion CD4 CD25 Treg role in preeclampsia , eclampsia development MATERIALS AND METHODS: Placental SP immunohistochemistry the test of the positive positioning detection of CD4 CD25 Terg cells in the placental tissue cells and trophoblasts positive rate . Statistical methods ; using SPSS14.0 statistical software for statistical analysis , the mean ± standard deviation ((?) ± s) and t-test method . Results : CD4 T cells , CD25 T cells mainly expressed in decidual cells , cytotrophoblasts , syncytiotrophoblast cells, endothelial cells , stromal cells of the villi cell membrane and cytoplasm . Severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia group CD4 T cells , CD25 T cells in the placental tissue expression of normal pregnant late group , there were significant significance ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia group with mild preeclampsia group placental tissue CD4 T cells , CD25 T cells expressing comparison , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.01 ) . CD4 CD25 Treg cells were mainly distributed in the placenta trophoblast cells , the normal pregnancy late group CD4 T cells and CD25 T cells expressed as a positive or strong positive ; the mild preeclampsia expression weakly positive ; the severe preeclampsia sub pre- eclampsia group expressed as the negative. Conclusion: CD4 CD25 Treg cells in pre-eclampsia and eclampsia, placenta cells and trophoblast cells express significantly weakened, involved in immune tolerance of pregnancy . 2, CD4 CD25 Treg cells in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy immune tolerance mechanism plays an important role . 3, CD4 CD25 Treg cells can be used as pre-eclampsia and eclampsia patients diagnosis and prediction of monitoring indicators . 4 -depth study of the biological characteristics and functions of CD4 CD25 Treg contribute to the prevention and treatment of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia opened up new ideas .
