Abstract


With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, building construction anddemolition increased, resulting in the number of construction waste has increasedannually, it has impacted on people’s living environment and ecological environmentgreatly, it also hinders the economic development of the city. Construction wastegovernance issues worthy of government, construction companies, trade associations andother multi-thinking, and how to handle and take advantage of these construction waste,to resolve the contradiction between urban development and ecological environment hasbecome an important issue that people have to face. Article through in-depth study of theconstruction waste management, and strive to provide a reference for solvingconstruction waste governance issues.The article is divided into five parts discusses the background to city of S, the firstpart is an introduction of the problem, the purpose and significance of the study, literaturereview, research methods and innovation. The second part provides an overview of thetheory of meaning and the definition of multi-center governance, the third part analyzesthe construction waste governance status quo and existing problems, the fourth partdescribes the construction waste management problems, the fifth part of the solutionproblem. According to the multi-center theory, put forward the government and themarket and industry associations concerning the way of construction waste reduction,development and utilization, resource industrialization, develop a feasiblecountermeasures in the part of construction waste methodological guidance and basis foraction for our government better.The article use of multi-center governance theory, analysis of construction wastegovernance issues, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. It advocates to playa leading role of government, the introduction of the support role of market players,regulators and industry associations, to address the adverse effects of the constructionwaste to urban development and public life. With the gradually forming polycentrictheory of the rational application of government management, the company continues to self-regulation, the legal system, I believe that in the near future, urban constructionwaste problem can be a good solved.
