Objective: To observe the needle drill one surgery treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage ( HICH ) , the impact on the improvement of the level of oxidative stress in the serum and secondary multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) , as well as explore the oxidative stress levels of patients with cerebral hemorrhage relationship with secondary MODS . Method : follow the principle of informed consent , according to the wishes of the family members of patients , and will meet the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group, 20 cases of needle drill one surgery and conventional medical treatment group, 22 cases were in the day of admission , treatment , were measured on admission , treatment after 1 day , 3 days , 5 days , 7 days , 10 days peripheral serum of nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid oxidation products (MDA) level , and to observe multiple organ dysfunction syndrome . Results : HICH occurred within 24 hours of the level of oxidative stress increased SOD levels of the needle drill one in the treatment group compared with the conventional medical therapy group was significantly higher ( P lt; 0.05 ) , NO, MDA concentration significantly reduce ( P lt ; 0.05 ), MODS reduced to varying degrees ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: the needle drill one surgery treatment enables acute cerebral hemorrhage serum SOD levels increased NO, MDA concentration decreased cerebral protective effect can be enhanced free radical scavenging , reducing oxidative stress injury to play .
