Abstract


Hydraulic system is an essential part of launching vehicle, the test data of hydrauliccomponents effective management is facing a big challenge. For a long time, ourcountry vehicle hydraulic system test technology is relatively backward. This is mainlymanifested in the spare parts, components and systems in processing, detecting, testing andsystem debugging of each stage in the process of quantitative monitoring and evaluation,more the lack of the whole process of monitoring and quantitative, comprehensive,integrated monitoring and control. How to orderly, safely and intelligently manage these testdata which is spent a great deal of time and energy, and how to realize the use andexcavation of these data by means of visualization, at the same time to accumulateformation history test database, has become an urgent need for supporting the hydraulicexperimental system research. Along with the hydraulic system complication andintegration, its fault diagnosis is very difficult, and the traditional maintenance mode cannotmeet the need of it, so the intelligent fault diagnosis technology of hydraulic system hasbecome more important.In the field of hydraulic system performance test, to achieve high-speed dataacquisition and test data effectively manage, to form the history database and design areasonable fault diagnosis system, so that the data recorded could provide an importantreference value for experiment, design and process improvement´╝îmeanwhile be able tomonitor failures efficiently, it has become a mainstream way. In this paper, the hydrauliccylinder was a monitored and controlled object. One integrated test data managementsystem of hydraulic was developed which was functioned which multiple, distributednetwork of data transmission and management, remote control and data query andtroubleshooting, combined with virtual instrument technology, data acquisition technology,database technology, data transmission technology and fault diagnosis technology. The main work includes the overall plan research of hydraulic components integratedperformance test data management systems, the key technology research and performancetesting. In this paper, by the combination of software and hardware, the analog signalscollected by sensor is transmitted to the A/D converter after conditioning module filtering,noise reduction processing, through the data acquisition card to the software system foranalysis, storage, monitoring, etc. The software system is divided into three subsystems,including real-time data management subsystem, historical data management subsystem andfault diagnosis expert subsystem. The system is designed based on LabVIEW platform toachieve a high-speed data acquisition and storage, time domain and frequency domainanalysis of the data, the user queries, and remote monitoring and fault diagnosis. Usingmodular concept, the system development and management efficiency is improved. Thesystem has been tested and performed, which verify that the system is available and reliable.
