Abstract


Precision shafting is an important component in the complex electromechanical system,photoelectric stabilized platform and so on.The size and uniformity of the shafting friction torque directly affect the working performance and stability of the complex electromechanical system.As the quantitative analysis of precision bearing friction torque is put forward in different countries around the world,and the accurate technological parameters of the components of the precision shafting are required to provide,the estimation test methods of friction torque of the precision shafting components have been unable to meet the requirements.Researching the measurement technology of the precision shafting friction torque is significant to analyze the friction in the complex electromechanical system scientifically, especially the nonlinear friction.Based on the analysis of the various factors influencing the shafting friction torque measurement in this paper, the overall design scheme of the precision shafting friction torque measuring system is built on the basis of the balance moment measuring principle,the precision multi shafting friction torque measuring system with horizontal measurement system and vertical measurement system is designed.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,finite element simulation analysis of the main components of the system is carried out,including the statics analysis and modal analysis, and the topology optimization and the lightweight improvement of the pillar and support framework are carried out,and the modal analysis of the whole structure simplified is carried out.The rationality of the structure design is verified by the simulation analysis.Through the experiment data measured by the principle prototype measurement,the accuracy of measuring principle of this subject is verified,and that the precision shafting friction torque measurement can be accomplished by the measurement principle is also verified.
