Abstract


With the development of manufacturing technology, manufacturing level and customerrequirements for product quality, statistical process control (SPC) has been widely used inautomobile, electronic product manufacturing and other industries, and achievedremarkable results. Domestic aircraft manufacturing enterprises to use statistical processcontrol is still in the exploratory stage, it is necessary for comprehensive research on it.According to the production characteristics of aircraft parts manufacturing industry, andlearn from the application experience of statistical process control of foreign aviationcompanies, such as Boeing, determine the statistical process control content of aircraftparts, and apply it to the production practice. Analysis method of Gage Repeatability andReproducibility of measuring aircraft parts of statistical process control was determined;control chart, suited to aircraft parts manufacturing, is studied; the statistical processcontrol criteria, process capability index were studied; the control method according to theequipment statistics packet is investigated; key features data is source of statistical processcontrol, the methods of determine and identify the aircraft parts key characteristics isstudied in the paper; solve problems in production are analyzed according the statisticalprocess control; established a webpage statistical process control system based on C/S(Client/Server).Through the study of aircraft parts statistical process control and the establishment ofwebpage statistical control system, eliminate the information island state in statisticalprocess control, and correct the false knowledge and method of enterprise in statisticalprocess control, and build early warning system of statistical process control, and effectivestatistical process control of aircraft parts come true in the end.
