Abstract


The purpose of establishing evaluation Fuzhou community medicine appropriate technology evaluation ; the application created Fuzhou community medicine appropriate technical evaluation index system of the Fuzhou community health service centers and community residents to conduct empirical research ; simultaneous analysis of the current situation and the reasons of appropriate technologies for the missing items . Method evaluation index determined by the Delphi method to determine the index weight , to establish evaluation index system ; comprehensive evaluation of the use of established evaluation index system of medicine appropriate technologies for missing items in the five communities in Fuzhou ; designed questionnaire Factors Affecting investigation and analysis . ( 1) two expert advice , and ultimately established the evaluation index system of medicine in Fuzhou 4 a standard nine two standard 24 three standard appropriate technology . ( 2 ) application to establish Fuzhou community in pharmaceutical appropriate technical evaluation index system of Fuzhou and five community health service centers, community residents empirical research, not only tested the practical application of the evaluation system , also to some extent reflects the Fuzhou community medicine appropriate technologies for the missing items in the status quo . That set evaluation system has strong practicability and maneuverability . Conclusion The empirical part of the application reflect the current Fuzhou community in the medicine appropriate technologies for the existence of the current situation of the missing items , including community health service center staff (100-17.68/28 × 100 = 36.86), Chinese medicine suitable technical facilities ( 100-13.83 / 28 × 100 = 50.61) , and community residents demand indicators (100-9.5/22 × 100 = 56.82) three more indicators demerit points , the final total score of 58.42 points ( out of 100) , and the current existence of community health services in Fuzhou the center can not provide enough to meet the needs of community residents in the medical status of appropriate Technology services . To medicine in the community to promote appropriate technology , with particular emphasis on improving the quality of Chinese medicine personnel in the community , need to be equipped with adequate facilities , community residents from all aspects of the policy and funding efforts to meet the requirements of appropriate technology in medicine .
