Abstract

As with the rapid development of highway and compaction technical level, the heavycompaction method and static pressure molding method has been lagging behind the actualproduction, which isn’t able to maximize simulate the actual construction conditions aboutbase. It results in a larger difference between laboratory test and practical application effect onbase, and can’t effectively predict and control the quality of on-site construction, based inwhich the design material lost authenticity and reliability.and with pavementstructure.Vibrating test method can be used to simulate the actual rolling effect and reveal thereal law between road base material composition and properties, improving durability andperformance of the base material, to extend pavement performance. Considering all above,Based on the theory of vibration compaction of cement stabilized crushed stone and gradedgravel performance study has practical significance. The thesis firstly analyzes the principle of vibration compactor. The methods of vibratorycompaction that are suitable for cement stabilized crushed stone and graded gravel, withintroducing the design of multi-level embedded squeeze Framework Grading. Upon the studyof mechanical property and road performance of cement stabilized crushed stone, the equationof the splitting tensile strength and compressive strength is derived, and the same to resilientmodulus and compressive strength. For evaluating the anti-erosion performance of cementstabilized crushed stone, we suggested30min cumulative erosion rate. A research for themechanism of cement stabilized crushed stone dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage isproposed, to study its law, and explore the shrinkage sensitivity rating table of cementstabilized crushed stone. We recommend maximum shrinkage strain or the average shrinkagecoefficient to evaluate the dry shrinkage characteristics of cement stabilized crushed stone. For the temperature shrinkage performance. By use of splitting fatigue testing, the paperestablishes the equation of cement stabilized crushed stone fatigue. The paper adjusts themethod of evaluating the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture to discuss theresistance performance to deformation of aggregated crushed stones, with the two standardsof dynamic stability and maximum run depth.
