Abstract


Under the influence of various internal and external factors, the concrete bridgeappear a variety of problems can not meet the load requirements, must be reinforced.Commonly used reinforcement Technical:increasing section method, pastereinforcement method, adding auxiliary member method, prestressed reinforcementlaw etc, however each method has its range of application, thus to find an efficient,simple, economic and suitable reinforcement methods of bridge strengthening methodbecome the engineering technical personnel’s important task.Based on the existing common reinforcement methods, this paper presentsprestressed high strength steel wire harness-composite mortar reinforcementtechnology, the reinforcement technology has the following advantages:(1)improvecrack resistance of structure, through by constraint of crack;(2)greatly improve thestructure bearing capacity and stiffness;(3)the tensioning and anchoring devicesimple and practical;(4) Introduction of initial tension can make full use of highperformance material strength.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Beam through the wire tension test to determine the feasibility of the tensionand anchoring device. Proposed steel beam effective formula between the tensileforce and torque wrench torque;(2) Research on the shear of prestressed high strength steel beam-reinforcedcomposite mortar reinforced concrete beams. Research the feasibility and practicalityof the method of the reinforcement; study the performance and failure modes ofconcrete beams cracking; experimental results show that: prestressed high strengthsteel beam-composite the mortar shear reinforcement method can significantlyimprove the shear cracking load of reinforced concrete beams, shear The ultimatebearing capacity, improve the structure of the force status;(3) Deduced prestressed high strength steel beam-cracking load and shearultimate bearing capacity of shear reinforcement structure of the composite mortarshear reinforcement method formula, using experimental data to validate the formula,the results show that the formula agreement with the experimental thanwell, meet therequirements of error;(4) Test beam simulation analysis using ANSYS finite element analysisprogram.By comparing the experimental and finite element analysis using ANSYS finite element analysis program reasonableness proven shear reinforcementparametric analysis. The study parameters including shear span ratio, compositemortar strength composite mortar thickness, the number of steel beam and the initialtensile force shear reinforcement effect, determines to be applicable in the reasonablerange of the parameters in the case of different reinforcement.
