Abstract


This paper adopts the method of combination of theoretical analysis and engineering examples, making Lishi tunnel as the engineering background, doing its rapid construction technology research. Lishi tunnel’s geological conditions are complicated, and the construction site of entrance is narrow, and the temporary overlay arrangement is difficult; at the same time, the tunnel import’s surrounding rock is poor stability and poor ability of big construction difficulty, so it is difficult to enter the hole. And Lishi Tunnel has the following characteristics:without auxiliary runnel, ventilation and smoke extraction difficulties; the tight time schedule, the large quantity, high strength construction intensity.In view of the above situation, this paper studied the following aspects:(1) Study on rapid construction technology of Lishi tunnel.According to the general situation of Lishi tunnel engineering general situation, carrying on the detailed construction organization technical research:putting forward feasible overall scheme, optimizing the construction method, carefully planning the construction sequence; and conducting the construction organization management in-depth analysis, including personnel management, construction site management and construction preparation, all of those provideing guarantee for rapid construction of Lishi tunnel.(2) Study on construction machinery supporting technology in Lishi tunnel. According to the basic principles and considerations factors of tunnel mechanical equipment, as well as Lishi tunnel construction conditions and engineering characteristics, determining construction machinery operation line matching scheme, and having carried on the selection of main equipment. Reasonable construction mechanization supporting scheme and equipment type selection have played a great help to speed up the construction progress.3) Study on the extra-long tunnel advanced geological prediction and monitoring and measurement. Adopting the advanced geological forecast instrument to advanced detection to lishi tunnel, getting complicated geological conditions and surrounding rock classification in front of the tunnel, at the same time adopting monitoring measurement during the excavation of tunnel, providing timely data for tunnel excavation, ensureing that the equipment and the safety of the staff, and providing the necessary premise for the rapid excavation of lishi tunnel.4) Research on the rapid construction technologyof lishi tunnel in the complicated conditions. According to the special geological conditions of Lishi tunnel, study on construction technology and construction methods of hole segment and tunnel portal, shaft, surrounding rock and bad geological section respectively. At the same time, using the control blasting technology, according to the geological conditions, rock mass and the excavation section, different blasting scheme and parameters are determined; the chart showing a good blasting effect.Through the above construction measures, construction method and construction technology, making the Lishi tunnel completed successfully in the construction period and showing that they are not only the construction efficiency is high, but the economic benefit is also obvious. In all aspects of the research of mountain tunnel construction in the future, especially for rapid construction of extra-long tunnel in complicated geological conditions, providing the higher reference value, worthy of promotion.
