Abstract


The article is based on the current situation and existing problems of the strategic management for the Chinese container manufacturers, combining with the results of strategic management at the present stage in China. And it’s pointed that the manager should be pay high attention on the key points when they formulate, implement, evaluate and control the strategic management. The container manufacturers should not only consider the macro-economic environment, but also need to consider themselves and internal resources. The manager only formulated the proper strategy with their own competitive advantages and the company can be developed in the competition markets. The article is not only an important theoretical issue, but also a very urgent and realistic issue for the Chinese manufacturers. And to guide them how to obtain their competitive advantages in the fierce competition environments.The article is based on the TLC manufacturer CO., Ltd as the example, and based on the research field for strategic management. Using the literature data method, practice research method, inductive research and marketing analysis, elaborated the theory and concepts of the strategic management, core competence and competitive strategic management. It’s pointed that some theory basis in the formulation and implementation need to be considered by the container manufacturers.The article is presented the strategic management theory, analysis the factors which will be affected the strategic formulation and implement. The article adopts the SWOT method for the strength and weakness in the external&internal environments. And it sort out the differentiation competitive strategy about products structure, relationship with customers, internal relationship and the relationship between the competitors. The article also pointed that the guarantee system during the implementation of the differentiation competitive strategy, eg. System of Organization, human resource, financial management, market development, production operation and so on.
