Abstract


Along with our country government by law and the continuous progress of the process and cultural development needs, so that readers of the library is increasing, which makes the library industry facing the reader privacy security management and protection issues. In order to comply with the rule of law and human rights protection in the process of service demand, the library must be carefully and pay close attention to the reader ’s privacy rights and interests protectionThe research in this question, this article mainly uses the literature metrology method, comparative analysis method, SWOT analysis model, the reader questionnaire and other methods, and at home and abroad on the reader’s privacy safety management and protection of the results and the method, carries on the contrast analysis and comprehensive study. From a legal point of view, the library are inherent humanistic spirit angle, internal occupation concept point of view and practical perspectives. To the readers of the library privacy security management and protection this problem in theory and practice to get the system analysis and exploration.Firstly, this paper outlines the research background and the research method. Mainly introduces domestic and international for the reader privacy security management and protection research, discusses the related concepts to specific definition and connotation, and a reader survey, problems associated with comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, literature metrology method of readers privacy security management and protection this problem analysis. And introduced, analysis of China’s situation in this field, and put forward the corresponding view.In second, the reader privacy security management and protection of law from the perspective of. After an overview of the domestic and foreign related laws and regulations and the corresponding principles, the corresponding legal laws and regulations and the corresponding principle involves the reader privacy security management and protection of the content analysis and research. Summarize some advanced theory and valuable practical experience, and strive to make these theories and practical experience to our readers privacy security management and protection study to draw lessons from action.In third, the library reader privacy security management and protection of the inner self research library. Mainly from the humanistic spirit of the library and the library occupation concept of the two aspects of research, summed up our library inside the precious spiritual wealth and improve the occupation concept, and hope to be able to use this experience to enrich the library management in the management and protection of readers’ privacy security capability.In fourth, the library reader privacy security management and protection in the process of practice problem research and practice summary. Mainly on the practice problems in the process of classification. For different readers privacy rights given by different management and protection, exploration theory and practice some feasible principles and rules. And the encountered in practice some common and some common problems were analyzed, pointed out to result because of things to solve. I hope in the future in the practice of Library colleagues to exchange study this kind of problem.Finally, to our country public library as an example, using the above readers questionnaire survey and analysis of the SWOT model method the conclusion, on the public library reader privacy security management and protection work presents a feasible solution, gave out three kinds of public library to solve the reader privacy security management and protection in the form of a question, for our country library in the reader privacy security management and protection of the theoretical research and practice of security and other aspects of the provision of the intended reference.
