Based on cognitive linguistics and construction grammar perspective , the the event domain cognitive model (Event-domain Cognitive Model, referred ECM) and multiple inheritance model (Multiple Inheritance Model, referred to as MI) try to combine the event domain multiple inheritance model (Event-domain Multiple Inheritance Model, EMI) to explain the mechanism of the formation of the Chinese copy constructions , detailed point-by-point analysis of its syntactic , semantic and pragmatic characteristics , and accompanied by a self-built corpus ( 1195 copies of the sentence ) quantitative analysis.
