Abstract

At present, organic materials is mainly used in China’s exteriorinsulation system. Although this type of insulation material has goodinsulation properties, it has vulnerable aging, and the existence of theweakness as about20years using constraints and other disadvantages.Compared to organic materials, inorganic mortar has a higher strength, betterdurability and fire-proof which shows good comprehensive performances, itsapplication suited in cold winter and hot summer areas in north of China. However, because of its application is not long, and lacks of thecorresponding all-sided and systematic research about performance andtechnique, it is necessary to research a number of special functions from thewhole system of inorganic mortar, to set up corresponding building standardsand criterion to afford technical support. This paper uses Portland cement as the main cementing material, glazedhollow bead for the aggregate, with fly ash, cellulose ethers, latex powderand fiber to develop the mortar with mineral binder and using lightweightinorganic granule as aggregate; and try to research the factor which impactthe Heat transfer capability and the impact of test conditions. This paper studies the effect of each component when the mix amount ofmix amount changes. The results show: with the amount of glass beadsincreasing, dry density and shrinkage rate decreased; the suitable amount offly ash, can improve the workability of the mortar; appropriate amount ofcellulose ethers fresh mortar can improve the performance of construction, reduce inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate mortar shrinkage; Latexpowder increase the tensile bond strength and reduce shrinkage; the fiber alsocan reduce shrinkage.Get a better performance of inorganic polymer lightweight aggregatemortar through this study to determine the polymer mortar of reasonableproportion. After the microstructure analysis: cement hydration products andthe polymer make out of the interpenetrating networks structure, theaggregates and cement connecting more closely by pasted interface.Heat transfer capability of mortar fire resistance is an importantindicator of assessment, but the study for the impact of heat transfercapability is less by now. This paper attempts to study the qualitativerelationship between inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate mortar densityand heat transfer capability.
